v The individual or family must have lost the essential elements for home life, i.e.: their food, clothing and shelter; and the immediate ability to replace these.
v Upon report of such an occurrence to ANY BOARD MEMBER OF THE FUND, the Fund Board Member will immediately investigate and start action for a CASE GRANT to the individual or family.
v The grant is given without restriction or condition on a one-time emergency basis.
COMMENTS: The normal grant awarded will range from $200 to $400 dependent on loss and family size.
