SERVICE DESCRIPTION:  Provides information and training on volunteer management, recruitment, recognition and programs to groups.  The Arkansas Division of Volunteerism is oriented toward supportive volunteer activities statewide.  Arkansas Division of Volunteerism (ADOV) has one of the largest resource centers devoted to information on volunteerism.  Services are provided free of charge to state citizens.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:  DDS provides services to developmentally disabled persons including those with autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and mental retardation. SERVICE DESCRIPTION:  Child maltreatment investigations, foster care and Protective and Supportive Services to children in their homes, foster parent recruitment and training and approval, court ordered custody home studies, independent adoption summaries, intensive family services and parent education. Functional assessment.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:  Adults incapacitated by reason of mental retardation, physical condition or age.  Emergency calls accepted 24 hours a day at 1-800-482-8049.
